About Us
At Lights, Camera, Create! Sai Kung Youth Filmmaking Camp, we offer a one of a kind experience. Filmmaking camps are great fun and really get the kids working together to achieve a goal.  Students will work together to produce a short film, participating in all aspects of filmmaking including writing and acting, as well as using a camera, lights, and sound.  Through the filmmaking process, the students will develop self-confidence, teamwork, and lasting friendships all while having fun and learning new skills.  We pride ourselves on our nurturing and caring environment, which allows learners of all ages to try new activities and challenge themselves in a safe setting. Read more about Lights, Camera, Create! Sai Kung Youth Filmmaking Camp below, or contact us for more information.

Our Program
Two or more experienced film mentors will guide the students though each step of the process, working to facilitate their ideas and creativity into something they can enjoy many years on: a short film they made themselves.

Youth Acting, Screenwriting and Mentors
Our award-winning mentors have years of experience working with young people of all ages. Their goal is to guide young actors to express themselves creatively and most importantly, have fun while doing it! Through tried and kid-approved games, young actors will learn to creatively express themselves vocally, physically, and emotionally. On top of that, they will also be responsible for coming up with a story idea, characters and dialogue, all with the assistance of our mentors. It's a challenging and fast-paced experience kids love!
Joseph Angelakis is a Californian-born teacher and filmmaker.
